Return / Refund Policy

This Return / Refund Policy applies to purchases made on Mighty Humanity, operated by CREDENCE (Proprietor: Sirisinagandla Hansika, Udyam: UDYAM-TS-20-0026013, GSTIN: 36ELZPS6006L2Z4).

1. Eligibility for Return

  • Returns are accepted only for delivered orders
  • Return request must be raised within 10 days of delivery
  • Product should be unused, unwashed, and in original condition with tags / packaging where applicable
  • Invoice / Order ID must be available for verification

2. Non-Returnable Cases

  • Products damaged due to misuse or improper handling by the customer
  • Items returned after the return window
  • Products without original packaging / proof of purchase (where required)
  • Customized or specially ordered items (if marked as non-returnable on the product page)

3. How to Raise a Return

  1. Login to your account and open Return Request, or contact us with your Order ID
  2. Select the product and reason (damaged, wrong item, size/fit issue, not as described, etc.)
  3. Choose preferred resolution: Refund or Replace (subject to stock)
  4. Our team will review and update the request status

4. Pickup & Verification

  • After approval, pickup may be arranged from your delivery address
  • Returned product will be checked for eligibility
  • Refund / replacement is processed only after successful verification

5. Refund Process

  • Online payments: Refund to original payment method after approval (timeline depends on bank / payment partner)
  • COD orders: Refund may be issued by bank transfer / UPI after you share valid account details
  • Shipping charges (if any) are generally non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (wrong / damaged item)

6. Replacement

If replacement is approved and stock is available, we will arrange dispatch of the replacement product. If stock is unavailable, a refund will be offered.

7. Cancel Before Shipping

If your order is not yet shipped, you may request cancellation by contacting us. Once shipped, the Return Policy applies after delivery.
